Petie

This guy is about the size of a 6 month - 1yr old Iguana but he is about 4 yrs old. Because of bad lighting, small cage size, no heat and only house plants and crickets to eat, he had not grown. He had been living with 3 other small lizards that eat crickets. He gets along well with other iguanas and lizards but is not fond of people. He had an abscessed on the tip of his tail and had to have the last few inches amputated. He then liked people even less with the daily antibiotic injections he needed. With time, he may come around and is already starting to grow fast with the right conditions and food. He may never be a full sized iguana, we just don't know. Update: he is now about 7 yrs old and has grown a lot! He is healthy and doing great and is very nice.

5-6 yr old iguana needs good home had suffered from medabolic bone disease but has now recovered and is dong great. He is very nice.
